Terms of Use & Data Processing Agreement
Where the ordered products qualify as connected products or related services within the meaning of the Data Act, data may be generated in the course of their use. The nature, scope and frequency of such data generation may vary depending on the hardware configuration selected. The information required pursuant to Article 3(2) and (3) of the Data Act in respect of the individual hardware components is made available here:
Sofern es sich bei den bestellten Produkten um so genannte vernetzte Produkte oder verbundene Dienste handelt, können Daten bei der jeweiligen Nutzung generiert werden. Die generierten Daten können je nach gewählter Hardwarekonfiguration variieren. Die entsprechenden Informationen nach Art. 3 Abs. 2 und 3 Datenverordnung zu den einzelnen Hardwarekomponenten sind hier zu finden:
